Malibu Cooks!

Dedication: "The purpose of the PTA is to bring into closer relatian the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth. It promotes voluntarism as a vital means of preserving and improving the quality of public education in America. Toward that end, fund-raising had become one of its important functions.

 

All net proceeds from this cookbook will be used to sponsor student programs such as the visual fine arts program, Art Squad, which helped the Juan Cabrillo students produe teh artwork on teh covers and within this cookbook."

 

Malibu High School was founded in 1992, the year this book was published, with its first class of seniors graduating in 1996. Up until that time, students in the area commuted to Santa Monica after junior high. The school sits one block from the Pacific Ocean. 

 

This cook book contains recipes from parents and teachers as well as artwork by elementary school students.
